1000 Sunny Tour Co., Ltd. — Terms of Service for Passport and Visa Applications

Last updated: 28 May 2026
This is a translation provided for convenience. The Traditional Chinese version is the governing text; if the two differ, the Chinese version prevails.

Please read these terms in full before purchasing a passport or visa application service.

1. Nature of the service

The passport and visa services provided by 1000 Sunny Tour are agency services. Passports are issued by the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ROC, and each country’s visa is decided by that country’s visa authority. Whether an application is approved rests entirely with those authorities, and we cannot guarantee the outcome. Where an application is refused because of the applicant’s own circumstances or non-compliant documents, we accept no liability, and no refund or compensation may be claimed.

2. Documents the applicant must submit

The applicant must provide all of the following in full:

  1. A fully completed application form and supporting documents
  2. Proof of identity and every additional document required by the authorities
  3. Payment of the official fees in full

The applicant is responsible for ensuring all documents are complete and correct.

3. Consequences of incomplete documents

If documents are missing, incomplete or incorrect and the receiving authority requires them to be corrected, the applicant bears the resulting costs, postage and delay. In such cases the processing time restarts from the day after the applicant supplies the outstanding documents.

4. Applications we may decline

If the applicant’s identity, eligibility or documents do not meet the receiving authority’s requirements, we may decline to accept the application. The applicant accepts that decision and may not object or claim compensation.

5. Processing time

Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays in Taiwan and in the country concerned. Where documents must be corrected, the time restarts as described above.

6. Authenticity of documents

All documents provided must be genuine and free from forgery or alteration. An applicant who breaches this bears all legal and criminal consequences, and is liable for any loss we suffer as a result.

7. Collecting your documents

Once a passport or visa is ready, physical documents must be collected in person at our office by the applicant or an authorised representative, presenting original photo identification (ID card, driving licence or similar) for verification. E-visas are emailed to the registered address at the stated collection time.

8. Enquiries about refused visas

The specific reasons for a refusal are protected by privacy rules and are not disclosed to third parties, including us. If a visa is refused, the applicant must contact that country’s visa authority directly. We are unable to enquire on your behalf or disclose such information.

9. Use of personal data

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, an applicant applying on behalf of someone else must already hold that person’s express consent and written authorisation, and agrees that we may provide their data to the passport, visa and other competent authorities through the statutory process. We undertake not to pass an applicant’s personal data to unrelated third parties without consent, other than where the law requires it. Applicants are entitled to require us to protect their privacy properly and prevent data leaks.

10. Changes to official fees

If a visa authority adjusts its fees because of exchange-rate movements or for any other reason, we adjust our charges accordingly and notify the applicant in advance. The applicant agrees to accept such adjustments.

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable where a passport or visa cannot be completed on time because of a typhoon, earthquake, strike, war, terrorist attack, political change, act of public authority or other force majeure. No refund is given in such cases.

12. Changes to these terms

Any amendment to these terms is published on our official website. Applicants should check the site periodically for the current version; we do not send separate written notice.

13. Payment and submission

Once payment is complete we begin work immediately and submit the application formally to the relevant authority. After submission the applicant may not cancel, withdraw or recall it for any reason. Please check that everything is complete and correct when ordering: confirming the order constitutes acceptance of these terms, and no objection may be raised afterwards.

14. Acceptance

Submitting documents confirms that the applicant has read, understood and accepted all of these terms. Any questions should be raised with us before applying; a lack of understanding cannot later be relied on to request changes.

15. Deadlines for additional documents, and order cancellation

If we notify the applicant that additional documents are needed, they must be supplied by the stated deadline. The deadline is calculated from the time of notification: notified at or before 11:00 on a given day, the documents are due by 11:00 that day; notified after 11:00, they are due by 11:00 on the next working day. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in Taiwan and in the country concerned. Documents supplied within the deadline do not affect the original collection date.

If the applicant does not supply the documents within that deadline, we may cancel the order and refund everything paid, with no administrative charge, handling fee or other deduction.

Where an order covers several applicants and more than one is asked for additional documents, every applicant concerned must meet the deadline. If any of them does not, we may cancel the whole order and refund everything paid for it.
