Cancellation
- Cancelled 8 or more days before the selected date: a handling fee of 95% applies.
- Cancelled 0 to 7 days before the selected date: the order cannot be cancelled or amended, and no refund may be claimed.
Amending your details
- If you have paid but the visa has not yet been issued, any price difference arising from an itinerary change that no longer matches the original booking must be paid before the change can be made.
- If you have paid and the visa has been issued, changing the departure date or airport of entry requires a new application and a separate payment.
Whether an amendment is possible depends on how far the application has progressed. Please contact your case handler as soon as possible if you need one.
