What's included

An entry declaration can only be filed within 3 days of departure, so the QR code is provided shortly before your departure date.
Counted from when your details are confirmed complete and submitted, excluding Vietnamese public holidays and Immigration Department closures.
Please submit your details before 10:30. Anything later is filed on the next working day.
If we ask for additional documents, please send them within the stated time — late submissions cannot be accepted.

From 1 July 2026 all travellers entering Vietnam must complete a health declaration

Foreign travellers entering Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Quoc or Da Nang must now complete an entry declaration within three days before departure. Travellers who have added fast track are exempt

If you are already inside Vietnam when applying, or the visa cannot be issued because of blacklisting, we deduct the official fee and our service fee and are unable to refund them

Since 15 April 2026, travellers must file entry information with the Vietnamese authorities within 3 days before entering. It usually covers personal details, passport information, flight details and purpose of entry, and is used to complete immigration checks and record your arrival.
No. We only need a scan of your passport data page, a valid Vietnam visa, your entry details and the application form. Your physical passport stays with you.
No. Just keep the QR code on your phone and show it on arrival.
Once an application has been submitted, administrative and visa fees have already been incurred. If it is not approved for reasons personal to the applicant, incorrect details, blacklisting or similar, we are unable to refund it.

Rules for travellers under 14 entering Vietnam, in force since 1 July 2015:
A traveller under 14 holding a non-Vietnamese passport must enter Vietnam with a parent, legal guardian, or a carer authorised by the legal guardian:
・For a carer authorised by the legal guardian: the traveller must first complete the relevant formalities at the Vietnamese representative office in Taiwan.
If no parent, legal guardian or authorised carer is travelling with them:
・Travellers under 12 must request the airline’s UM (unaccompanied minor) service.
・Travellers aged 12 to 14 must request the airline’s YP (young passenger escort) service.
Yes. Whichever visa you enter on, an entry declaration is required at any airport that requires one. Only travellers who have added fast track are exempt.
No. An entry declaration is single use — you must file a new one for each entry.
